A consented photo or a sentence becomes a stylised base and 31 expression frames — blinks, smiles, brows, gaze and speaking mouths — each passing a quality gate.

Alive in the browser
A small runtime turns expression pages like a flipbook, driven by an affect engine: breath, blinks, micro-expressions and lip-sync against the audio clock.

The upload is kept encrypted only until the avatar is accepted, then permanently deleted — and the Mirror shows you that it happened.
